About us

Gaiphedra Real Estate has held AMI license no. 6338 since January 2005, but we are two managing partners with experience in the real estate business since 1993 – Rosa Maria Rodrigues and Joaquim Sousa.
 

After working for some real estate agencies as sales representatives and as sales directors in the municipalities of Vila Nova de Gaia, Espinho, and Santa Maria da Feira, in 2005, we were part of the launch of Gaiphedra, Real Estate Mediation Company, Ltd.
 

Our vast experience and responsibility over these years allow Gaiphedra Real Estate to be considered a reference in the market, having even been chosen in 2021 by a public institution to mediate the acquisition of a property portfolio.
